Graveside services for Mr. James Andrew Payne, 72, of Cleveland, Texas will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2020 in the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas. Military honors will be provided by the District 4 Honor Guard Team.

Mr. Payne born May 28, 1948 in Houston, Texas to parents, Clarence and Wanda Payne, and passed away December 20, 2020 in Kingwood, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, and daughter, Theresa Willette. During his life, Mr. Payne proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his wife, Gisela Payne of Cleveland; daughter, Elizabeth Payne of Cleveland; brothers, Clarence Payne and wife, Senay of Romayor, Ronald Payne and Steve Payne both of Livingston; and sister, Cheryl Payne Milner and husband, Luther of Segno; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
