Mr. James Ray Shoats, 71, of Livingston, Texas was born on June 28, 1947 in Thicket, Texasto parents, Jack Bevil Shoats and Margie Lothell (Loftin) Shoats, and passed away on January 1, 2019 in Kingwood, Texas. During his life, he served his country in the United States Marine Corps. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
