Funeral services for James Delbert Zirkle III., 85, of Spring, Texas, will be held Friday, February 4, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Spring First Church in Spring, Texas with Pastor Robert Hogan officiating. Interment will begin at 2:30 p.m., Friday, February 4, 2022 in the Eastern Gate Cemetery in Trinity, Texas.

Mr. Zirkle was born May 1, 1936 in Rolling Fork, Mississippi to parents, James Delbert Zirkle Jr. and Una Mable (Mathews) Zirkle, and passed away January 31, 2022 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Linda Zirkle; son, Bryan Zirkle; and sister, Peggy Irwin.

He is survived by his son, James Stephen Zirkle and wife, Arlene of Ormond Beach, Florida; grandson, Richard Zirkle and wife, Angel of Prattville, Alabama; granddaughter, Nicole Waters and husband, Luke of Leesville, South Carolina; daughter-in-law, Margaret Zirkle of Spring, Texas; granddaughter, Katy Zirkle also of Spring, Texas; and grandson, Avery Zirkle and wife, Emily of Magnolia, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
