Obituary
Graveside services for Betty Jane Parish Woolf of Livingston, formerly of Lufkin, will be held Saturday, January 24, 2009 at 1:00pm. Interment will at Berry Cemetery, in Lufkin. Visitation will be held at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston from 6pm til 9pm with Bro. Harold Isaacs officiating.
Mrs. Woolf was born October 6, 1927 and passed away, January 21 , 2009.
Mrs. Woolf graduated form Lufkin High School in 1945, and then graduated from Piney Woods Business College in 1947. She retired after 13 years from the Lufkin State School in 1991. Previously employed with Pearson Furniture for 18 years.
Mrs. Woolf was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Catharine Hubbard Parish, husband o f45 years, Hugh Alton Woolf in 1990, son Hugh Edward Woolf, in 2001 and brother Edward Parish, in 2004.
Survivors include daughter & son in law, Jane & Reggie Cotton of Livingston, daughter in law, Patty Woolf of Lufkin, sister, Tommie Poland of Huntington, grandchildren, Brent Cotton & wife Vanessa, Linzy Woolf, Sarah Russell & husband Danny, and Amanda Cotton and great grandchildren, Britney & Jacob Cotton. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Memorial donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer, 5005 LBJ Suite 250, Dallas, Texas 75244
