Services for Jean Helen Bowen, 94, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 30, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. with a Rosary starting at 6:00 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Jean was born on July 11, 1928 in Berks County, Pennsylvania to her parents, M. T. Tate and Tillie (Gabalo) Tate, and passed away December 24, 2022 in Shenandoah, Texas. She is preceded by her parents and husband, Joe A. Bowen.

She is survived her daughter, Cindy Montgomery and husband Derrell of Conroe Texas; sons Mark E. Bowen Sr. and wife Linda of Liberty, Texas and Michael L. Bowen and wife Annof Shenandoah, Texas; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild; and sister, Mary Alice Fleming of Pasadena, Texas; as well as numerous other loved ones and friends.
