Jerry Lambert Hitchings Jr., 48, of Rye, Texas was born June 15, 1972 in Medina, Ohio to parents, Jerry Lambert Hitchings Sr. and Margaret (Walter) Hitchings, and passed away October 2, 2020 in Lufkin, Texas.  He is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Hitchings. During his life, Jerry was a member of the Renaissance Festival Clan McThoy. His nickname was "Tiger."

Jerry is survived by daughter, Haley Hitchings of Sulphur, Louisiana; step-sons, Ronald DeLorto of Rye, Texas and Caleb Villigan of Onalaska, Texas; grandsons, Michael DeLorto and Marcus DeLorto; granddaughter, Addilyn Villigan; parents, Jerry and Margaret Hitchings of Rye, Texas; and sister, Rae Anne McLaren of Gering, Nebraska; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
