Funeral services for Jesse "Glen" Cummings, 56, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow in the Jones Prairie Cemetery in Leggett, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, June 5, 2020, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home.

Glen was born January 18, 1964 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Sol Branch Cummings and Reba Jeanene (Pierce) Cummings and passed away, June 2, 2020 in Lufkin, Texas. He was a self-taught master skillsman who could fix anything in the world. He had a long standing career as a supervisor/truck driver for Wonder Chemical Co. At the time of his death, he was a 17 year employee of Home Depot where he won countless awards and certificates for his outstanding performance. He is preceded in death by his mother, Reba Jeanene "Mitty" Cummings.

Glen was a man of few words but would shoot you straight and give a stranger the shirt off his back. He has numerous family and friends to cherish his memories. The light of his life will forever be in his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Cummings of Livingston, Texas; son, Eric Cummings and Rayne of Lindale, Texas; daughter, Megan Swander of Livingston, Texas; father, Sol Branch Cummings and Karen of Joplin, Missouri; sister, Marla King of Apple Springs, Texas; brother, Donald Cummings and Michelle of Austin, Texas and Sonny of California; grandchildren, Julian Garcia, Brayden Cummings, Evan Swander, Kadence Cummings, and Emery Swander; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
