Obituary
A memorial service and dinner will be held in honor of Jill Casandra Carter, 68, of Point Blank, Texas on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at Mikeska's BBQ located at 22730 US Hwy 59, El Campo, Texas, 77437.
Jill was born June 13, 1957 in Dodge, Texas and passed away August 26, 2025 in Point Blank, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, son and daughter.
She is survived by her husband, Ricky Carter; along with a host of other loved ones and friends.
