Mr. Jim Daugherty, 84, of Trinity, Texas was born September 13, 1934 in Stonewall, Mississippi to parents, Carmen Daugherty and Verna Mae (James) Daugherty, and passed away August 20, 2019 in Huntsville, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Sorter; sons, Ray Daugherty and wife, Mary, and Eric "John" Keys; daughter, Vickie Boykin and husband, Woody; step-daughter, Sheila; sister, Ava Braddock; niece, Freda McClure; 4 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
