Memorial services for Mr. Jim Johnston, 83, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, December 21, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the First Baptist Church in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Bill Standley officiating.
Mr. Johnston was born August 31, 1931 in Crossett, Arkansas to parents, Guy Johnston and Effie (Baker) Johnston, and passed away December 18, 2014 in The Woodlands, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jack Johnston; an infant sister; son, James Johnston, Jr.; an infant son; daughters, Patrice Johnston and Staci Henagan.
He is survived by his wife, Carey Johnston of Livingston, Texas; sister, Gerry Carter of Crossett, Arkansas; son and daughter-in-law, Lonnie and Kim Johnston of Shreveport, Louisiana; son and daughter-in-law, James and Laurie Henagan of Goodrich, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Rhonda Henagan of Alexandria, Louisiana; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; along with numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
