Funeral services for Jimmie Junior Morris, 95 of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Harold Isaacs officiating. Interment will follow in the Bluff Creek Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.  Visitation will be held Friday, March 18, 2022, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Morris was born August 22, 1926, in Livingston, Texas, to parents, James Richard Morris and Vera Dolly (Walker) Morris, and passed away March 16, 2022 in Houston, Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nelna Jean Morris; and sisters, Winona Taylor, Carrie Bell Kelley, Merlene Kelley, Christell Kelley, and Willie Faye Anderson.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jimmie Niles and Tamara Morris of Livingston, Texas; and grandsons, Cody Morris and Ryan Morris both of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
