Funeral services for Jimmy Wayne Schmidt, 81, of Conroe, Texas will be held Friday, March 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the First Baptist Church Hoopers Chapel, in Conroe, Texas with Pastor Jeff Russell officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service, from 9:00-10:00 a.m., at the church. Interment will take place Friday, March 21, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., at Glenwood Cemetery in Groveton, Texas.

Jimmy was born June 3, 1943 in Houston, Texas and passed away March 12, 2025 in Conroe, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clark Martin Schmidt and Annie Bell (Clines) Schmidt); and wife Joan Schmidt.

He is survived by his sons, Paul Wayne Schmidt and Bryan "Tim" Schmidt; and brothers, Charles Schmidt and Jerry Schmidt; along with numerous other loved ones and friends.

Pallbearers: Schmidt Employees, David Billingsley, Juan Sandoval, Jorge Sandoval, John Vivola, Jerry Pate, and Francisco Martinez.
