Joann Dibeler, 74, of Onalaska, Texas was born April 8, 1945 in Chester County Pennsylvania, to parents, Howard Thorne and Helen (Gilmore) Thorne, and passed away April 14, 2019 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her sons, Bruce A. Wolfer and Brian P. Wolfer; daughter, Tanith Wolfer Jones; and 14 grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
