JoAnn Ward, 76, of Livingston, Texas was born January 15, 1947 in Houston and passed away in Livingston March 12, 2023. She is preceded by her parents, James K. Johnson and Lena Mae Snook; and great grandson, Gauge Phillips.

She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Duff and husband Ray; sons, Michael James Phillips, Ricky Phillips and wife Christie Ellison, and Skipper Phillips and wife Cindy, all of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, Jessica and husband Heath, Ty and wife Karly, Hunter and wife, Lindsey, Jesse James, Montana, Dustin and wife Jenna, Erica and husband Duane, Travis and wife Staci, Chase, James Lee and wife Marissa; 17 great grandchildren, with 2 on the way; sister, Gloria Franklin; brothers, Harold Johnson, David Johnson, Harry Johnson, and Scooter Johnson; and sister, Kelly Johnson; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
