Graveside services for Joe Edward Blanco, 65, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Blanco was born January 11, 1956 in San Angelo, Texas to parents, Jose Blanco and Lessie Irene (Patterson) Blanco, and passed away February 19, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his mother, Lessie Blanco of Livingston; sister, Lessie Sarratt and husband, Gary of Pasadena; brother, Luis Anthony Blanco and wife, Melinda of Livingston; and sister, Lydia Deer and husband, Vance of Conroe; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
