Joe Howard Hill, Jr., 71, of Onalaska, Texas was born September 8, 1953 in South Houston, Texas and passed away April 2, 2025 in Galveston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Howard Hill, Sr. and Leona (Foster) Hill.

Joe is survived by his wife, Janet Hill of Onalaska, Texas, as well as numerous other loved ones and friends.
