Joel Brian Dobbs, 62, of Livingston, Texas was born April 28, 1958 in Birmingham, Alabama to parents, John Dobbs and Melba Jean (Angle) Dobbs, and passed away January 26, 2021 in Lufkin, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Joel Brian Dobbs is survived by his wife, Terry Jo (Crawford) Dobbs of Livingston, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda Daly and Matt of Orange Grove, Texas; son, Jarrod Dobbs of Magnolia, Texas; daughter and son-in-law , Crystal Baugh and James of Humble, Texas; grandson, Fisher Baugh also of Humble, Texas; granddaughter, Madisyn Whitton of Orange Grove, Texas; grandsons, Zachariah Whitton and Mason Daly, both of Orange Grove, Texas; brother, Jonathan Dobbs of Bellville, Texas; brother and sister-in-law Jay Stutts and Angela of Onalaska, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn Cunningham and David of Kilgore, Texas; brother, Jamie Dobbs of Livingston; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
