A Celebration of Life memorial service for Joel Mark Whitmire, 33, of Shepherd, Texas will be held Sunday, August 18, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Lookout Point by Browder's Marina by the Lake Livingston Dam with Bruce Whitmire officiating.

Joel was born February 16, 1986 in Conroe, Texas to parents, Mark Windsor Whitmire and Carolyn Ann (Whitmire) Atchley, and passed away August 12, 2019 in Shepherd, Texas.
