Joetta Romero, age 71 of Livingston, Texas, passed away on August 5, 2012 in Livingston. She was born on August 28, 1940 in Shreveport, Louisiana to parents, J.Y. Russell and Earline Garrett Russell. Joetta is survived by her mother, Earline Macha of Nederland, Texas; daughter, Tammy Dawson of Nederland, Texas; two sons, Russell Hebert of Quinton, Oklahoma, and Kent Romero of Houston, Texas; brother, Danna Macha of Nederland, Texas; grandchildren, Emma Dawson, Zack Dawson, Megan Hebert, Mallory Pezzo Joseph Romero and Bri Romero; great grandchildren, Ryan, Jade, Eli, Dyana, Kenneth and J.T.
A Memorial Service was held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Manuel Dunham will conduct the service.
