Funeral Service for John Richard Bird, Jr., age 43 of Trinity, TX was held at 10:00 AM on Friday, January 20, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, TX. Internment followed at Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska. Rev. Don Wilkey conducted the services.
John was born on June 21, 1968, in Wurzburg, Germany to parents, John Richard Bird, Sr. and Mary Ann Cabeen Bird. He is survived by his parents, John and Mary Ann Bird of Trinity; son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Kayla Richardson of Redland, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Scott Richardson of Pollock, TX; son, John Richard Bird III of Trinity, TX; sister and brother-in-law, Laurie and Jeff Lentz of Flower Mound, TX; six grandchildren; one niece and two nephews.
