Memorial services for John Anthony Commiato, 77, of Point Blank, Texas, will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Point Blank Community Church with Pastor Johnny McDonald officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. prior to service time.

John Anthony Commato was born October 12, 1947 in Houston, Texas to parents, Sam Commiato and Katy (Pizzalato) Commiato and passed away November 28, 2024 in Point Blank, Texas.  He is preceded in death by his parents; and son, Shannon Commiato. John proudly served his country in teh United States Army.

John Anthony is survived by his wife, Shirley (Kwiatkowski) Commiato of Point Blank, Texas; daughters, Tiffany Cammiato of Madisonville, Texas and Jamie Brewer of Onalaska, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Johnny Commiato, Jr. and Tonya of Point Blank, Texas; daughter, Catherine Allison of Livingston, Texas; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother and sister--law, Anthony Commiato and Renee of Kenard, Texas; sisters, Nancy Boyd of Houston, Texas and Rosalie Ethridge of Lufkin, Texas; along with  other relatives and friends.
