Funeral services for John A. Gaylord, 74, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Harold Isaacs officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Rose Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 7, 2018 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Gaylord was born April 3, 1944 in Livingston, Texas, to parents, John Arnold Gaylord Sr. and Hazel Janet (Campbell) Gaylord, and passed away April 6, 2018 in Lufkin, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jimmy Wayne Gaylord; and niece, Linda Dennix.

He is survived by his daughter, Angie Elizabeth Gaylord of Dallas; daughter, Leigh Ann Gaylord Meek and husband, Brandon of Dallas; son, Matt Gaylord of Livingston; grandchildren, Caroline Marie Meek, William Patrick Meek, and Brandon Barrett Meek; sister, Barbara Dennix of Livingston; and niece, Bobbie Cooley of Livingston; along with many other relatives and friends.
