Graveside services for John Henry Grayson, 91, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Dennis Hodge officiating. Military honors will be provided by VFW Honor Guard Post #8568, Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. until the service begins at the Camp Ruby Cemetery.
John Grayson was born January 24, 1929 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Sam Houston Grayson and Annie (Watson) Grayson, and passed May 23, 2020 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Etha Fay Grayson; daughter, Mary D. Snook Henry; brother, George Grayson. John proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean war.
John is survived by his son, Johnny Grayson and Kathy of Center, Texas; grandson, Keith Snook and Ann of Livingston, Texas; granddaughters, Angelia Stutts and Jay of Onalaska, Texas, Katherine Grayson and Greg of Center, Texas; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers: Jeremiah Jackson, Joe Baggett, Nathan Griffin, Jody Hofferek, Jay Stutts, Jeffrey Fears.
