Graveside service for John Willis Hodge will be held Monday, December 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Center Hill Cemetery in Oakhurst, Texas with Rev. Doyle Hodge, Rev. Elton Hodge and James Kelley officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 27, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. in Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas.

Mr. Hodge was born October 27, 1937 in Riverside, Texas to parents, William Cornellia Hodge and Rosie (Jordon) Hodge, and passed away December 23, 2015 in Pineland, Texas. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family. He also loved to fish. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Margie Hodge of Plantersville, Texas; son, Billy and Kelley Hodge of Longview, Texas; daughter, Margie and James Kelley Plantersville, Texas; daughter, Annie Hill of Coldspring, Texas; daughter, Rosie and Eric Lambert of Plantersville, Texas; daughter, Lisa and Bo Bynog of Pineland, Texas; daughter, Stephanie Hodge; 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: James Kelley, Cody Kelley, John Robert Hodge, John Hodge, Victor Bynog Jr., Woody Chisom.
