Obituary
Funeral services for John William McCracken, Sr., 84, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Bob Harbuck officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 5:00 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Mr. McCracken was born on February 1, 1930 to parents, Joe Willie McCracken and Annie Lee (Goodwin) McCracken, and passed away on January 24, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Irene Delores McCracken; brothers, Robert McCracken, Cullen McCracken, Joe McCracken, Marty McCracken; sister, Lucy McCracken.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Donna McCracken; son, Bill McCracken; son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Janice McCracken; daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Bobby Nelson; daughters, Terri Referda and Dana Lau; son and daughter-in-law, John and Sherry McCracken, Jr; sister, Kay Cook; brother and sister-in-law, Harold McCracken and Debra; grandchildren, Mistrie Dawn, Serenity McCracken, Kyle Sean McCracken, Kristie Leah McCracken, Kelly Daniel Harrison, Bridgette Bocian, Robert Referda, Danielle Shanell Lau, Dustin McCracken, Victoria Chauvin Baker; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
