Graveside Services for John William Sheppard age 97 of Livingston, Texas will be held Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Rice Cemetery with Bro. Harold Isaacs officiating.
He was born March 8, 1914 in Leggett, Texas the son of George Bryant Sheppard and Olivia Pearl Oates and passed away December 20, 2011 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his Parents, George Bryant Sheppard and Olivia Pearl Oates and 6 Brothers and 1 Sister. In his spare time John used to enjoy driving his horse and buggy to deliver fire wood to everyone.
John is survived by his sister, Bess Baker of Tomball and Nephew, Bryant Sheppard of Silsbee. Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Other relatives also survive.
