Funeral services for John Wilburn Williamson, 99, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Thursday, June 11, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Brent Stovall officiating. Military Honors provided by the VFW Post #8568 Honor Guard. Interment will follow in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston.

Mr. Williamson was born January 1, 1921 in Honey Grove, Texas, to parents, Troy W. Williamson and Ruth (Rossow) Williamson, and passed away June 7, 2020, in Livingston, Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy for 27 years. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Oleta Williamson; and daughter, Di Ann Roosa.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, John M. and Melissa Williamson; granddaughter, Megan Williamson; grandson, James Daniher; and niece, Tanya Tullos Appleberry; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
