Johnnie Mack Brown, 85, of Trinity, Texas, was born on December 14, 1928 in Fairview Alpha, Louisiana and passed away at his home on March 22, 2014 in Trinity, Texas. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and later worked in the construction industry. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Ruby (Yount) Brown; and daughter, Diana Brown.

He is survived by his sons, Michael Eugene Brown of Texas City, Texas and James Allen Brown of Galveston, Texas; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn Smith of Trinity, Texas, Ruby Reed of Livingston, Texas, and Barbara Gonzalez of Houston, Texas; brother, W.J. Ham of Kyle, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
