Funeral services for Johnny Lynn Kinnison, 69, of Livingston, Texas will be held Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Tommy Ferrell officiating. Military Honors will be provided by VFW Post #8568. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Kinnison was born August 17, 1949 in Houston, Texas to parents, William Coleman Kinnison and Dorothy Lee (Lynch) Kinnison, and passed away August 19, 2018 in Livingston, Texas. During his life, Johnny proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Carolyn Beane; nephews, Kenny Ray Kinnison and Randy Rieske; and niece, Shelley Million.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Cooke Kinnison of Livingston, Texas; daughters, Toni Kinnison Swain and husband, Danny of Livingston, Texas, Johnnie Kay Kinnison of Livingston, Texas, and Shawnie Diane Kinnison of Houston, Texas; brother, Ronnie Ray Kinnison of Coldspring, Texas, sister, Connie Kay Sangster and husband, Gerald of Coldspring, Texas; grandchildren, Kourtney Sharp, Edward Lynn Sharp Jr., Monique Deserae Denby, Anna Erica Garcia, Juan Daniel Garcia, Dustin Lynn Ochoa, Barbara Marie Franco, Regina Diane Franco, Benita Shiane Alvarez, Emily Rose Cervantes, David Christopher Wagstaff Jr., Bailey Marie Wagstaff, and Jennifer Swain; 6 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, Shea Gehring, Jeremy Sangster, Lisa Franklin, Ronnie Sangster, and Sharon Clark; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
