Funeral services for Jordan Christian Patrick, 24, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Harold Isaacs officiating. Interment will follow in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2016 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Jordan was born December 30, 1991 in Livingston, Texas to and passed away November 13, 2016 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Bobby D. Moore Sr. and uncle, Bobby D. Moore Jr.
