Obituary
Joey David II 49, of Livingston, Texas headed out for "The Big Hunt" after a long courageous battle with brain cancer on Sunday, November 2, 2014. He was born Monday, November 1, 1965 in Woodville, Texas to Joseph M. David I. and Ervie B. (Gibson) David, both of whom have preceded him in death. Also preceding Joey in death, sister, Deana Marie David; his friend, Karl Kellar "Double 00" and numerous aunts and uncles who he loved dearly. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Lakin David, Lacey David and Layna Jo David; loving companion, Evie Bright; special friends, Glen and Tammy Barker, Scotty King and wife, Alisha; sisters, Toni Clark and Debbie Stephens; nephews, Eric Stephens and wife, Aleashia, Tyrell Clark and wife, Maris, and Shawn David; along with numerous great nieces, nephews and other loving family and treasured friends.
Visitation for Joey will be held at Cochran Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. Service will be held at Cochran Funeral Home on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Rex Hendrix and Rev. Mitchell Murphy officiating. All services were held under the trusted care of Cochran Funeral Home and Neal Funeral Home.
