Memorial services for Joseph "Joey" Tyler Stewart, 24, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Friday, August 1, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas with Rev. Don Wilkey officiating.
Joey was born January 23, 1990 in Houston, Texas and passed away July 26, 2014 in Livingston, Texas. During his lifetime he worked as a glass glazer for Texas Auto Glass. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph Howard Stewart Jr, great grandfathers, J.T. Criddle and Charles Jenkins.
He is survived by his mother, Glenda Hardin and husband John Wesley Hardin of Onalaska, Texas; daughter, Sammie LeeAnn Stewart of Tarkington, Texas; fiancé, Kayla Marie Sarvaunt of Onalaska, Texas; brother, Chase Ryan Hardin of Onalaska, Texas; grandparents, Eddie Manker Criddle and Clarenda Adkins, Laura Stewart, Connie Denman Hardin; great grandparents, Shirley Jean Chastain, Imagene and Wayne Stewart, Glen and Ruth Logsdon; great-great grandparent, Eleanora Chastain; cousins, Justin Lee Criddle, Nick Cunningham, Makaylah Cunningham, Ashley Smith; and numerous other cousins, relatives and friends.
