Joshua James Maxell age 31, was born May 17, 1978 and passed away March 11, 2010 in Walker County, Texas.
He is survived by his parents June Maxwell Nealy and Danny Nealy, Brenda Hatfield Maxwell, wife, his children, Dylan, Danyelle, Shaylyne, Tommi, step daughter and Alex, step daughter, sisters, Theresa Hernandez and husband Ray, Bridgette Enright and husband Roy, Joann Nealy Spears and husband Wayne, Amanda Nealy and Elizabeth Nealy, brothers, Chris Nealy and wife Natasha and Dylan Nealy, numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive.
A memorial service will be held for Josh at a later date and time.
