Ms. Joy Lee Cicotte, 57, of Coldspring, Texas was born June 30, 1962 in Wyandotte, Michigan, to parents, Wilbur Henry Leichliter and Barbara Lee (Hoffman) Leichliter, and passed away November 7, 2019 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Charles Cicotte; sister, Kimberly Spiewak; and grandson, Justin Staffeld.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Jeffers of Coldspring, Texas; daughter, Tonya Staffeld of Dearborn, Michigan; son, Steven Cicotte of Dearborn, Michigan; sisters, Robin McKay of Taylor, Michigan, and Jill Leichliter of Howell, Michigan; brother, Billy Leichliter of Michigan; grandchildren, Lucas Staffeld, Logan Staffeld, Kimberly Staffeld, and Elliott Cicotte; and step-father, William Bart Lane of Sevierville, Tennessee; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
