Funeral services for Joyce Marie Bell, 80, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Danny Moye officiating. Interment will follow in the Peebles Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the service begins at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

Mrs. Bell was born September 16, 1940 in San Saba, Texas to parents, Sam C. Parker and Francis (Patton) Parker, and passed away January 25, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her sons, Allen Ray Cochran of Tarkington, Texas, Robert Wesley Cochran of Pasadena, Texas, and Clyde Lee Bell of Corpus Christi, Texas; daughters, Queteka Marshall and husband, Nathaniel of Onalaska, Texas, and Missy Stevens of Spring Lake, North Carolina; brothers, Leslie Parker and wife, Relda of Livingston, Texas, David Parker of Galveston, Texas, and Charles Parker and wife, Angie of Maryville, Tennessee; sister, Darlene Parker of Alabama; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
