Graveside services for Joyce Louise Edwards, 71, of Trinity, Texas, will be held Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carlisle Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas with Bro. Billy Jackson officiating.
Mrs. Edwards was born on September 9, 1945 in Sherman, Texas to parents, Jack Lambert Pollard Sr. and Juanita Mae (Wells) Pollard, and passed away on May 20, 2017 in Lufkin, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, George Pollard; sisters, Reba Guzman and Emma Spykes; and grandchild, Chet Edwards.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Edwards of Trinity, Texas; daughter, Juanita Carter and husband, David of Onalaska, Texas; grandchildren, Paul, Heather, and Coby; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Jack Lambert Pollard and wife, Debbie of Livingston, Texas; sister, Marie Gouldie of Houston, Texas; sister, Bonnie Spalding and husband, Doug of Austin, Texas; brother, Freddie Pollard of Washington; sister-in-law, Joan Pollard of Tennessee; and brother-in-law, Henry Guzman of Trinity, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
