Obituary
Memorial services for Joyce Savonna Heifner, 62, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, September 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Brother Harold Isaacs officiating.
Mrs. Heifner was born January 6, 1953 in Little Rock, Arkansas to parents, Sherman Green and Alma (Crook) Kruft, and passed away September 16, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and a friend to many. Joyce loved her family and enjoyed spending any time that she could with them. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Heifner; father, Sherman Green; mother, Alma Kruft; brother, S. Michael Green and sister, Jane Green Harasymchuk.
She is survived by her children: daughter, Jodi Williams and husband Clint of Seabrook, Texas; son, Joseph Arredondo and wife Sasha of Clute, Texas; daughter, Cynthia Boykin and husband Albert of Harker Heights, Texas; step son, Patrick Heifner and wife Cynthia of Bloomington, Indiana; step son, Michael Heifner and wife Donna of Joplin, Missouri; step son, John Heifner of Ellis, Kansas; step son, Andrew Kaus of Ellis, Kansas and wife, Mary Ann Kaus of Junction City, Kansas; step daughter, Donna Heifner Soneson and husband Rob of Ellis, Kansas; step father, Wayne Kruft of Chicago; two brothers, Mark Green and Ray Green, both of Chicago; grandchildren: Courtney Williams, Zachary Williams, Kirsten Boykin, Kendall Boykin, Corben Arredondo, Bethany Williams, Kobe Boykin, Kamryn Arredondo, Chloe Arredondo, Kaleigh Soneson, Geoffrey Soneson, Abigail Heifner, Leah Heifner Warren, Melissa Kaus Oberle, Steven Kaus, and Nicole Kaus Varnell; great grandchild, Caroline Williams and many other great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She is also survived by her many sisters in Christ, Elaine, Shirley, Adelle, and Sissy Pat. We know there are many others and we thank you for loving her. We are thankful for our very blended and diverse family.
