Joyce Marie Herr, 89, was born June 7, 1935 in Port Isabel, Texas and passed away May 17, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her son, Joey Herr; parents, Guy J. Carpenter and Edith Mae (Hines) Carpenter; sister, Phyllis Ferry; and brothers, Gordon Leigh Carpenter, Ronald Dean Carpenter, Curtis Gene Carpenter, and Guy Carpenter Jr.

Joyce is survived by her son, Jim Alan Herr of Fort Worth, Texas; sister, Jamie Mae Kuehn and husband Ronald of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and sister-in-law, JoAnn Carpenter of Livingston, Texas; as well as numerous other loved ones and friends.
