Graveside services for Joyce Rash Nevinger, 85, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Friday, September 18, 2020 at 10:00 am in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Timothy Mcgee officiating.

It is with great sadness, but in celebration of a life well lived, the family of Joyce Rash Nevinger announced her passing on September 16, 2020, at the age of 85.

Joyce was born September 24, 1934 in Cotton Center, Texas. She proudly served the City of Livingston for 29 1/2 years as the city secretary, receiving the award of "Secretary of The Year," in Texas in 1983. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tom Nevinger; son, Robert; daughter, Rita; grandson, Blake; and four sisters.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Risa Ivy and husband, Glenn "Spanky"; son, Rayford Rash and wife, Kathy; sister, June Pickett; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, other relatives and friends.
