Joyce Lynn Smith, 59, of Livingston, Texas was born December 18, 1963 in Houston, Texas and passed away July 10, 2023 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy Baggett and Ethel (Trigg) Baggett.

She is survived by her son, Richard Smith of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Robin Smith of Livingston, Texas; 9 grandchildren; sisters, Janet Baggett of Goodrich, Texas, Judy Baggett of Livingston, Texas and Elizabeth Trigg; brothers, Johnny Baggett and Bobby Lacy; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
