Graveside services for Juanita Weaver Parker of Houston, Texas will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in the Midway Cemetery in the Midway Community of Polk County, Texas with Pastor John Godby officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service begins at 10:30 a.m. in the cemetery.

Mrs. Parker, age 92, passed away August 17, 2019. She was born in Bremond, Texas and was one of 9 children born to Tyree Lee and Zeb A. Weaver. Proceeding her death were her parents; beloved son, Tommy L. Parker; seven of her siblings; and a nephew, Richard Payton. She retired from Grand Union after more than 30 years and went on to work for Harris County for more than 20 years. She leaves behind one sister, Jewell Payton; sisters-in-law, Audrey Weaver and Shirley Weaver; nieces, Cheryl, Patsy, Rochelle, Lisa, Tammy, Susan, and Georgia Lee; and nephews, Mike Weaver and Michael Payton. The family wants you to know that not only was she a strong career woman but a great caregiver to her mother and caring sister to all. She is at peace and without pain in the hands of our Lord.
