Tassa went to her Heavenly home to be reunited with the love of her life, Marion Bishop November 28, 2022.

Funeral Services for Juatassa Bishop, 91 of Porter, Texas will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 22110 Northpark Dr, Humble, Texas, 77339. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, prior to the service.

Tassa was born May 31, 1931 in Philadelphia, Mississippi to parents, Miller Barrier and Ocie (Hays) Barrier. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marion Bishop; parents; and 2 sons, Barry Bishop and Bruce Bishop.

She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Osborn and husband Robin of League City, Texas; son, Brian Bishop and wife Tricia of Livingston, Texas; grandsons, Brandon Osborn of Las Vegas, Nevada and Kevin Osborn of Naperville, Illinois; granddaughters, Tiffany Amis of Little Elm, Texas; and Nicole Thompson of Palm Bay, Florida; grandson, Trenton Bishop of Ft. Worth, Texas; granddaughters Ashley Crawley of Kingwood, Texas; Whitney Ross of Las Vegas, Nevada; Megan Grabau of Heber City, Utah; Taylor McGraw of Austin, Texas; Paige Sample of Ft. Worth, Texas; and Torye Seidler of Virginia Beach, Virginia; sister-in-law, Jo Davis; and 27 great grandchildren.
