Obituary for Judith Ann Millsap:

Judith Ann Millsap passed away at the age of 77 on February 19, 2026. Judy was born on August 25, 1948, in Vernon, Texas, and as a small child moved with her family to Pasadena, Texas, where she grew up. She graduated from Pasadena High School and attended San Jacinto College and the University of Houston, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Judy began a teaching career at her high school alma mater, teaching business courses and English. She was much loved by her students. While still teaching full- time, Judy and her husband Charles Millsap co-founded Millsap Waterproofing, Inc. She worked tirelessly in the evening and on weekends to help grow the company into one of the most successful commercial waterproofing and structural restoration businesses in Texas. This success allowed her to retire from Pasadena ISD and focus her efforts on Millsap Waterproofing and family. Her love for those around her shone through during this transition.

Judy was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgle and Evelyn Adams, and brothers Ronald and Gary Adams. She is survived by Charles, her husband of nearly 50 years, sons Joel Daniels (wife Patricia); Clinton Millsap (wife Sonia) and Jason Millsap (wife Lacy); and grandchildren Jay Daniels, Jacob Daniels, Alex Millsap, Victoria Millsap, Houston Millsap, Nicholas Millsap, and Sky Millsap, all of whom she shaped, serving as matriarch of the family. Her creativity, intelligence and attention to detail filled her grandchildren with delight and joy. Judy pursued many passions, including reading fiction, watching films, and creating multi-media art as well as a wide variety of crafts. She passed these interests on to her children and grandchildren, giving richness to their lives. Judy also had a great fondness for the natural beauty and tranquility of Lake Livingston, the place she called home for over 25 years.

Judy was widely known for her generosity, giving both locally and internationally to families in need, as well as to numerous charities and foundations. She focused the bulk of her efforts on benefiting children and animals. In this way she was both a beacon and a shelter during her life, a caregiver and protector of God’s creatures in so many ways.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Judy's memory to the SPCA of Polk County, Texas, an organization close to her heart.
