Graveside services for Judith Kay Soots, 78, of Montgomery, Texas will be held Friday, April 11, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., at the Midway Cemetery in the Midway Community - Polk County, Texas with Bro. Robert Smith officiating. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Judith was born December 26, 1946 in Livingston, Texas and passed away April 5, 2025 in The Woodlands, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon Polk and Thelma (Ford) Polk.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Soots of Montgomery, Texas; son, Duane Soots and wife Jonna of Porter, Texas; grandchildren, Devan Soots, Lauren Soots, Cody Johnson and wife McKayla, and Lane Johnson; great grandson, Knox Johnson; and sisters Darlene Dodson and husband Gary of Gainesville, Texas, Latricia George and husband Ken of Livingston, Texas, and Leanne Simpson and husband Chad of Whitesboro, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends,
