Memorial services for Judy Elaine Walters, 69, of Shepherd, Texas, will be held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Walters was born October 20, 1949 in Donna, Texas to parents, Albert Nathan Emanuel and Minnie Mae (Lollar) Emanuel, and passed away January 30, 2019 in Shepherd, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Darlene Emanuel Crowson; and brothers, Nathan Eugene (Gene) Emanuel, Elbert Everett (Punkin) Emanuel, Daniel Wade (Buddy) Emanuel, and Billy Gardner Emanuel.

She is survived by her husband, Carlton Wayne Walters; daughter, Haley Annette Johnson; son, Bradley Keith Smith and wife, Beverly; grandchildren, Ashlee Nicole Roman, Sara Mae Johnston, Shay Randall Johnston, Jacob Everett Smith, Clinton Walter Smith, and Jayden Riley Smith; sister, Barbara Jean Emanuel Mauney and husband, T.A. Mauney Jr.; sisters-in-law, Eileen Emanuel, Mary Jane Powell, and Ramona Scott; and brother-in-law, Grady Briggs; along with numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
