Services for Julia Anne Blake, 71, of Leander, Texas will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 14, 2023 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Julia was born July 12, 1951 in Atlanta, Georgia to parents, Ralph and Priscilla Mae (Morse) Powell, and passed away in Leander on January 5, 2023. She is preceded by husband, Carl Blake, who passed June 19, 2014; and parents.

She is survived by her children, John Helmstetler of Round Rock, Texas, Luther Helmstetler of Leander, Texas, Leah Helmstetler of Carlsbad, New Mexico, and Otis Helmstetler of Austin, Texas; brother, Gary Powell of San Antonio, Texas; and grandchildren, Zane Helmstetler of Denton, Texas, Nathan Helmstetler of Round Rock, Texas, Lauren Helmstetler of Round Rock, Texas, Patrick Weitzel of Midland, Texas, Johnny Helmstetler of Leander, Texas, and William Helmstetler of Leander, Texas; as well as numerous other loved ones and friends.
