Memorial services for Julian Doyle "Butch" Pierce, Jr., 69, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Sunday, November 13, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas.

Mr. Pierce as born December 21, 1946 in Panama City, Florida to parents, Julian Doyle Pierce Sr. and Audrey Evelyn (Coker) Pierce, and passed away November 10, 2016 at his home in Onalaska, Texas. The family moved to Pasadena, Texas. He proudly served his country in the Marine Corp during the Vietnam Era. After leaving the service, he went into the auto parts sales business which later became the family business. He was full time in that line of business until he moved to Onalaska, Texas in 2015. He is preceded in death by his father Doyle Pierce.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Piece; mother, Evelyn Thurman; sister, Donnis Burns; nieces, Jennifer and Jana; nephew, Robbie; brother, David Pierce and wife Andrea; son, Michael Pierce and wife Sheila; grandsons, Taylor and Cameron; son, Troy Pierce and wife Barbie; grandchildren, Brittany and Dawson; great-grandson, Caedyn; son, Dale Pierce; son, Cody Pierce; granddaughter, Hayden; daughter, Tonya Pierce; stepdaughter, Melissa Frautschi: grandson, Salvador Soto Jr.; stepdaughter, Cheryl Sue Frautschi; grandchildren, Bradley and Haley Frank; stepson, Trey Frautschi; grandson, Aaron; daughter, Toni Pierce; mother of his children, Barbara Pierce; and numerous other relatives and friends.
