Funeral services for Justin Lee Pickett, 22, of Goodrich, Texas, will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Sister Kristel Ward officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2024, from 1:00-2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Justin was born June 8, 2001 in Cleveland, Texas and passed away April 12, 2024 in Montgomery, Texas. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Pamela Fuller; great grandfather, W.T. Brown; and great grandmother, Peggy Kimes.

Justin loved his family more than anything, and was truly his brother's keeper. He was the heart of the family, our angel on earth, our sunshine. His mom nicknamed Sunny Boy because he brought so much light to everyone, his smile would melt your heart. He never met a stranger and never hesitated to help anyone with anything, no matter what amount of money he ever made, he was willing to give it to anyone in need, and say, "It's just money, I can make more."

He graduated from Goodrich High School in 2019, from there he attended Lamar University, where he graduated as a certified Lineman. Justin loved his work as a Lineman and was about to class up to Class A Lineman. He was motivated and looked forward to becoming Foreman and Company Man one day. In his spare time, Justin enjoyed gaming on his PC, riding his dirt bike and 4wheeler, cruising in his car, and hunting.

He is survived by his parents, Andrew and Jennifer Pickett of Goodrich, Texas; brothers, Andy Pickett and Wyatt Pickett both of Goodrich, Texas; fiancé, Adriane Schiffer of Frankenstr, Germany; grandparents, Glen and Sherri Fuller of Hastings, Nebraska, Roy and Kay Pickett of San Antonio, Texas, and Catherine Lozano of Goodrich, Texas; great grandmother, Louise Brown of Crosby, Texas; uncles and aunts, Alfred and Erin Pilgrim of Goodrich, Texas, Ryan Ramirez and Stevie Hughes of Livingston, Texas, Samantha Kimes of Livingston, Texas, Jerry and Jenna Fuller of Colorado, Timmy and Shalya Fuller of Hastings, Nebraska, Roy and Eva Pickett of Humble, Texas, Daniel and Brittany Pickett of Livingston, Texas, and Chelsea Fuller of Rock Springs, Wyoming; along with numerous great aunts, great uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
