Graveside services for Karen Joyce Brzowski, 62, of New Caney, Texas, will be held Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Brzowski was born September 30, 1952 in Houston, Texas to parents, Marion Ethridge Standley and Audrey Muriel (Williamson) Standley, and passed away March 2, 2015 in New Caney, Texas. Karen is the one who held the family together. She was always helping others and took care of a lot of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Randy Scott Standley.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Brzowski of New Caney, Texas; daughter, Denise Irene Brzowski of New Caney, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Gary Shannon and Theresa Standley of Cut-N-Shoot, Texas; grandchildren, Shannon Dean Standley, Sarah Faith Brzowski, Hunter Lane Standley, Billy Wade Ferguson, Ashley Nichole Scogins, Jessica Leann Schultz, Erica Renee Carrillo, and Rachel Michelle Tinlin; great grandchildren, Camden Scogins, Kaitlyn Scogins, Kaiden Scogins, Kailie Scogins, MaCaelyn Schultz, Jozlyn Schultz, Jayce Carrillo, and Jake Warren; sister and brother-in-law, Cathy Cecile and Billy Nichols of Conroe, Texas; brothers and sisters-in-law, Marion Lane and Lisa Standley of Willis, Texas, Larry Royce and Janet Standley of Spring, Texas, Edward and Julie Thompson of Gist, Texas, and Aubry Lee Thompson of Gist, Texas; special companions, Chloe Faye and Clara Maye; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
