Kary Francine Neale, 66, of Cleveland, Texas was born January 26, 1959 in Morton, Texas and passed away October 26, 2025 in Cleveland, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank James Silhan and Joyce Whiteley Silhan; husband, Ronald Gene Neale; brothers, Robert Preston Silhan and Larry Wayne Silhan; and grandparents, Jerry and Mary Silhan, and Roy and Ella (Tiny) Davis.

Kary is survived by her son, Toshua Williams of Virginia; daughter, Tiffany Runyan of Texas; daughter, Jeni Williams of Texas; son, Elijah Williams of Texas; grandchildren, Nicholas Runyan and Johnathan Runyan; and sister, Debra Denise Silhan Lamar and husband Haskell of Oklahoma; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
